INTEGRATION

INTEGRATION

Texolve Digital supplies the highest quality integration services, drawing from years of broadcast and production engineering experience.  We specialize in multi-camera studio and control rooms, video and audio router installations and expansions, production and post-production systems, and a wide range of A/V solutions for houses of worship, corporate headquarters and other venues.

FEATURED PROJECT:

We had the opportunity to help with the integration of a major facility upgrade at the University of Pittsburgh.  Renovations at the Petersen Events Center and throughout the Petersen Sports Complex resulted in new physical space to accommodate a system that met and surpassed ACC Network requirements and includes five control rooms and over 100 user stations.

The university can now handle multiple concurrent events from more than one facility.  The system routing is handled by an Evertz 576x576 EXQ Router and a variety of 7800 and 500 series frames.  Grass Valley LDX 86 cameras systems were integrated along with their Korona K-Frame Series production systems.  Multiple Riedel Artist Series frames were installed to complement the Bolero wireless intercom system.  And signal transmission between the facility and around the campus was accomplished with MultiDyne’s 3500 series of fiber to 3G-SDI transmitters and receivers.

Massive flexibility has been the driving force behind the facility upgrades, and giving Pitt and the Panthervision crews multiple options for accomplishing a production goal has allowed the team to provide increasingly varied content across a wide range of venues, sports, and distribution platforms.

“Texolve was a reliable partner from the word "go".  Their responsive and highly knowledgeable staff collaborated with our architect, physical plant dept., IT dept., and our marketing dept, to design and install a new video production studio for our online course offerings.  Their experience was evident as they navigated several challenges and setbacks, offering solutions and remaining flexible and patient.  Even after the initial scope of work was completed, their follow-up support continues to improve our workspace.”

"Texolve has been a great partner to the University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department. The relationship has especially grown over the last five years as we have started broadcasting on the ACC Network, and Texolve has provided engineering support at over 65 events per year. In addition to helping us advance our technology, the consultants and engineers at Texolve have helped us to improve our workflow."

FEATURED PROJECT:

We worked closely with the engineering staff at Showtime’s Network Operations Center in Long Island, New York to help them integrate a new Core Routing System, which is now the back bone of their entire operation.  This project included the installation of the new router, control panels and other support equipment relative to the system.  We fabricated and installed all of the coax and network cabling across more than 70 equipment racks and multiple facility rooms.  This work was performed in a systematic way to ensure that all 14 of Showtime’s networks never went off air, and made for a seamless transition from the old system to the new.

“In 2016 we installed a 576X1152 Core Routing System along with 14 new Control Rooms. This was a project that involved more than 80 thousand feet of cable, countless terminations, equipment installations, precise coordination and most important all done in an On-Air Environment. Texolve provided flawless integration services, their staff and management went above and beyond to make sure we met all of our expectations in regards to the overall project. We will absolutely continue to use them for future projects and consider them an asset to our Engineering team. Outstanding Workmanship!!”

FEATURED PROJECT:

We worked along side the Fox Sports Midwest engineering staff to design and implement a studio in the newly constructed Ballpark Village in St. Louis, MO.   The equipment was racked and wired in our Pittsburgh office and then transported to St. Louis where it was tied into the studio equipment as well as the building’s fiber infrastructure, linking the control room and studio together.  This system was also linked back to the local PBS affiliate that housed the production control room facilities.  By utilizing Multidyne fiber transport equipment we were able to transport intercom, triax camera control, data, audio and video tielines between the two facilities using two singlemode fiber cables.
